Kinteah Faulk is a native of Suffolk, Virginia, and a cum laude graduate of Norfolk State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. She offers a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and administrative operations, built through diverse academic and professional experiences.
During her undergraduate tenure, Kinteah served as a Student Ambassador and was an active member of Divine Disciples of Dance. She is a Spring 2025 initiate of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and previously served as Treasurer for the Zealous Zeta Gamma Chapter at Norfolk State University, reflecting her commitment to Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.
At First Genesis of Virginia, Kinteah focuses on providing financial clarity to the community. She provides reliable administrative support through documentation compliance, client-relationship management, and database oversight. Her attention to detail and passion for structured processes contribute to organizational efficiency and client success.
Outside of work, Kinteah enjoys recreational tennis, painting, coloring, and watching anime and K-dramas. She is guided by her faith and draws daily motivation from Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
